Exchange, Re-dispatch & Refund Policy

As per our policy for refunds, returns, and cancellations, you are eligible to request an exchange in case of damaged or incorrect products within. No refund will be processed. Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. It is mandatory to provide an opening video of the package for any exchange claims.

Cancellation Policy:
- No refund applicable if the order has been accepted or dispatched.
- No Cancellation.
- For Partial COD orders, the amount paid in advance is non-refundable.

• If you wish to initiate an exchange after days of ordering, wearing, or using the jewellery and the product is found damaged, a shipping fee of ₹150 each way (₹300 total) will be applicable for pick-up and redelivery.

• For COD orders requiring re-dispatch, a ₹300 charge will apply.

• Refunds, where applicable, will be processed in the form of Arkaye Wallet credit, which can be used for future purchases.

• The Partial COD amount is non-refundable under all circumstances.
• If your order returns to our hub due to failed delivery, incorrect number, or unavailability, you can request a re-dispatch.
• For re-dispatch, you must pay:
✔️ Remaining order amount (prepaid)
✔️ Shipping charges, if applicable
• Re-dispatched orders are sent only on prepaid basis (COD not available).

In exceptional cases, cancelled order amounts will be credited to your Arkaye Store Wallet and can be redeemed on future purchases.

Every order includes Jewellery Care Tips along with Arkaye’s Authenticity Certificate. For Industrial Certification, hallmarked certificate cards are chargeable at ₹500.

Gift wrapping is available at ₹100 per box.
Additional customisation on products is chargeable and depends on the requirements.
