SECTION 21  ARKAYE JEWELS — EXCHANGE, RE-DISPATCH & REFUND POLICY 

1. Exchange Eligibility

You may request an exchange only in the following cases:

✔ Damaged product received
✔ Incorrect product received

No refunds are provided under any circumstance.

Exchange requests must be raised within 24 hours of delivery.

Mandatory:
✔ Opening/unboxing video of the parcel
✔ Video must show outer seal, full opening, and product condition

• No cancellations allowed once an order is placed.
• No refund is applicable if the order has been accepted or dispatched.
